UK Mainland Delivery Options
UK 1st Class Recorded
Delivery (Royal Mail) - Available to UK
residents only. Delivery usually takes around 48 hours and you will have
to sign for the parcel. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery,
the driver will leave a card with details on where to pick up your parcel.
Online tracking is available here.
Please note that we do NOT deliver to PO BOX addresses. You should select
this option for small items such as Scart leads or spare parts or generally
items that weigh less than 1kg.
UK Special Delivery
- Available to UK residents only. Delivery is usually
next day if order is placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) and you will have to
sign for the parcel. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery,
the driver will leave a card with details on where to pick up your parcel.
. If Saturday delivery is require please contact our
dispatch
department for current rates. Please note that we do NOT deliver to PO
BOX addresses. You should select this option for larger items such as
DVD/VCD Players, Consoles, Bulk CDR/DVDR & larger orders that my weigh
more than 1kg
International Delivery Options
International Recorded
Delivery / SwiftAir (Royal Mail) - Available to all
non UK residents. Delivery can take around 3 - 5 days depending on that countries
local postal service. You may have to sign for the parcel. If no one is
at the address at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a card with
details on where to pick up your parcel. Online tracking is available
here but it will only inform
you that it has left the UK. Please note that we do NOT deliver to PO
BOX addresses. You should select this option for small items such as
scart
leads, modchips, controllers or spare parts or generally items that weigh less than 1kg.
Returns procedures
We guarantee the performance and quality
of all goods we supply for a minimum of 3 months. If you feel you have
a faulty product, please read our returns policy below. You MUST
have an RMA number to return a product you feel is faulty. Please

support Once you have checked all the points below.
The RMA Number will be sent to you by email.
We will not accept any products returned to us without a valid RMA number.
This procedure is in place to give you the best possible returns service.
This is a strict company policy and the managements decision is final.

Please be sure that your product is set
up correctly. Common problem areas are incorrect wiring, not following
diagrams or instructions correctly and poor quality installation techniques.

Please email
support or call by telephone whenever possible as many problems
can be resolved without incurring shipping costs and inevitable delays.

If you are satisfied that your
product is faulty, you must request an RMA number by emailing
support
below before the product can be returned be sure to include full explanation
of problem and all your details Name, Address and order no and date
of order, you will then be contacted with your unique RMA number.
For example, if your RMA number is 1234, you must write RMA-1234
as clearly as possible on the front of the package. Returns without
an RMA number will not be accepted.

Returned items must be complete without
exception. i.e. - in original packaging with all cables, manuals,
software, packaging and included accessories however small other wise
your goods will be rejected.

When returning a product, please enclose
a copy of your invoice together with a printout of your returned email
from us quoting your RMA number on it has all the details on it.

It is your responsibility to ensure that
the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We
cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us.

If the returned product tests faulty,
it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the item is
no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent or higher
specification product. you will of course be entitled to a full refund
(if within 30 days)

If the returned product tests OK, it
will be sent back to you as soon as possible. You will incur the return
shipping costs. This will be charged to the credit/debit card used
for your original order.

ALL ITEMS SENT FROM ABROAD MUST
BE MARKET CLEARLY AS RETURNS/REPAIRS OTHERWISE CUSTOMS WILL CHARGE
IMPORT TAX AND WE WILL REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE ITEM.
