Really cant understand how you can justify charging £80.00 for this item!!!! I have owned one for a couple of yrs now at a cost of approx £45 brand new mine is the Dragonplus version yes they work well for an arm amputee as I am or someone with limited arm movement but to charge a ridiculous amount more than a normal controller is a disgusting insult and abuse towards disabled gamers. Item A+++++++++++ Price a FAT 0-------------
Admin : We have had these made ourselves at a lot higher price than we ever imagined, even at the £79.99 price we are not making the normal % profit as with most other stuff.
We just do not know demand if we could have said make us 20,000 units then they would have been cheaper, but we cant take this risk.
We have not been able to get Dragon plus ones for around 3 years, Yes the price is high, but its down to choice you dont have to buy, but we have to sell at this price, we can offer 10 % on your 2nd order but like we have said there is not hugh profits in this for us and we have risked a lot of cash at a time when most would not.
We have heard a lot of stories and all very sad from customers from young kids to adults, that have the need for one of these controllers.
This is why we went to the trouble of getting these made and trust me its taken nearly a year to get them finished, we would love to have been able to make these for the old products price but it just was not the case, and we were already to far in to stop the production etc.
We just want every one to be able to play consoles, theres only one other controller which I won't mention and that costs £200 ish so at least you now have a choich.
If we can sell the 2000 units we have had to do on 1st run, then I would hope the next run would be a bit cheaper but depends on sales.

My son Rusty suffered a stroke at 17 years old and only has the use of his left hand. When I found this controller and hooked it up for him he was so happy I cant even put it into words. He could play video games again! He has tried other types but this one is very user friendly for only one handed use. These are very hard to find so buy as many as you can. Everytime he wears one out I am trying to find another one! You have made one kid so very happy again! Thank you so much for stocking them again! |

I lost my left hand in an accident at work. I use this controller for more than a year now. I was very good at playing PS2 and after the accident I tought i couldn't ply anymore. and when my brother bought this controller for me, I played again but I sucked for the first few weeks but now I play games as good as with two hands. I really hope that they do a controller like this for PS3 because as soon as they do it, I'll buy the controller and the PS3. If someone knows of a controller like this for PS3 please contact me justin_camilleri@hotmail.com
Admin : the new verison will be out soon please preorder now. should be ready by arpil 2009 |

Having lost the use of my left arm in a motorcycle accident in Dec 2004, I thought my PS2 playing days were over, along with my motorcycling days, my juggling days and all night time activities other than sleeping.
Finding the single-handed PS2 controller quite literally saved my life. It was found on the internet by a good friend who could tell how close I was to the edge.
It was difficult at first but then so are most things and eventually I got used to it so that, after much shouting, swearing and throwing the (clearly bullet proof) controller at the (equally resilient) TV screen, I found myself performing successful drive by shootings in GTA, something that is difficult enough with two hands!
I am now on my second PS2 single-handed controller (and third TV) and have lost count of the numbers of games I have completed using it. My favourites have been the 4 GTA titles and I just recently added Liberty City Stories to my list of conguests, without the aid of a walkthrough, though I confess to buying one for GTA Vice City but only having completed it once and only to find some of the stuff I kept missing. Anyway, thanks again for this fantastic invention, sure puts penicillin in it's place. |
