You can simply contact us by phone or email if you want to ask any questions etc Simply send your console to us the quote for repair is free, the £4.99 charge simply covers postage return to yourself or you can pay at the end.
If you just want to send it in but don't want to go thru checkout and pay £4.99 that's fine simply send your console to us with your name and details an a note of fault, we will charge you the return post before we send it back to you.
we will contact you by phone or email and let you know the cost for repair, if you wish the work to be carried out, we will let you know when fixed and on its way back to you, if you decide not to repair your console we will then ship it back. Turnaround time usually 2 - 3 days
